This Determination is the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Maritime Coast Licence) Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
Amendment of Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Maritime Coast Licence) Determination 2002
Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Maritime Coast Licence) Determination 2002.

5.4A Automatic Identification System (AIS)
(1) This section applies to a limited coast assigned system station if it includes Automatic Identification System (AIS) equipment that was manufactured or imported on or after the date this section commences.
(2) The station must comply with the requirements of the relevant document mentioned in Part 6 of Schedule 1 that apply to the station.
