1  Name

This is the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Amendment Determination 2019 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

4  Amendments

The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2015 (F2015L00210)

1  Paragraph 6(2)(b)

Omit “mobile station that complies with the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation—Human Exposure) Standard 2014”, substitute “compliant mobile station”.

2  After paragraph 6(2)(b)

Insert:

(c)        For the purpose of paragraph (b), compliant mobile station means a mobile station:

(i)          to which the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation — Human Exposure) Standard 2014 applies; and

(ii)         that complies with that standard.
