  1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 January 2013.

  • Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Determination No. 1 of 1997.
