This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Interpretation) Determination 2000.

point to point (self‑coordinated) station means a self‑coordinated point to point station that is operated only within 1 of the following frequency ranges:

(a)    the frequency range greater than 57.2 gigahertz and less than or equal to 58.2 gigahertz;

(b)    the frequency range greater than 71 gigahertz and less than or equal to 76 gigahertz;

(c)    the frequency range greater than 81 gigahertz and less than or equal to 86 gigahertz.
