Radiocommunications (Frequency Reservation Certificate Tax) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Frequency Reservation Certificate Tax) Act 1983.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 9 September 1985.

Amount of tax

2. Regulation 2 of the Radiocommunications (Frequency Reservation Certificate Tax) Regulations is amended by omitting “$270” and substituting “$290”.
