This is the Radiocommunications (Digital Radio Multiplex Transmitter Licences – Application Fee) Amendment Determination 2017 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under paragraphs 102C(2)(b) and 102D(2)(b) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.
