This Notice is the Radiocommunications Devices (Compliance Labelling) Amendment Notice 2005 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Notice commences on 15 June 2005.

1. Amendment of Radiocommunications Devices (Compliance Labelling) Notice 2003

(1)   Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications Devices (Compliance Labelling) Notice 2003.

(2)   The Radiocommunications Devices (Compliance Labelling) Notice 2003, as amended by Schedule 1, is further amended by renumbering the items in Schedule 3 of that Notice consecutively, starting with 1.
