Radiocommunications (Charges) Amendment Determination 2021 (No. 1)
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes the following determination under subsection 60(1) of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005.

1 Name
This is the Radiocommunications (Charges) Amendment Determination 2021 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the later of:
(a) start of the day after the day this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation; and
(b) the same time as the Radiocommunications Accreditation (General) Rules 2021 commence.

This instrument is made under subsection 60(1) of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005.
4 Amendments
The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.
Schedule 1—Amendments
(section 4)
Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2017 (F2017L00328)
1 Section 5, definition of accredited person
Repeal the definition, substitute:
accredited person means a person who holds an accreditation of a kind specified in the Accreditation Rules.
2 Section 5
Insert:
Accreditation Rules means the Radiocommunications Accreditation (General) Rules 2021.
3 Section 5, definition of frequency assignment certificate
Repeal the definition, substitute:
frequency assignment certificate, for an apparatus licence, means a certificate issued under subsection 100(4A) of the Radiocommunications Act.
4 Section 5
Insert:
General Licensing Accreditation has the same meaning as in section 4 of the Accreditation Rules.
5 Part 10 of Schedule 2 (table item 10.4, column 2)
Omit “an accreditation of a particular kind”, substitute “a General Licensing Accreditation”.
