This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Charges) Amendment Determination 2007 (No. 3).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Amendment of Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2007

Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2007.

Schedule 1        Amendments

(section 3)

[1]           Paragraph 17 (2) (a)

substitute

(a)    for a fixed licence for the operation of a pair of point to point (self‑coordinated) stations — $3.00; and

[2]           Schedule 2, Part 6, item 6.11

substitute

6.11 Considering the issue of a fixed licence for the operation of a pair of point to point (self‑coordinated) stations, and issuing it (if applicable) $123.00

[3]           Schedule 2, Part 8, item 8.1, paragraph (f)

substitute

   (f)  in the case of a fixed licence for the operation of a pair of point to point (self‑coordinated) stations ¾ for each licence; and
