1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Charges) Amendment Determination 2005 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Amendment of Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2003

Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2003.

(section 3)

[1]          Section 13, table 2, after item 2

insert

2A If:    (a)  the licensee holds a fixed licence for the operation of a 900 MHz studio to transmitter link station; and    (b)  the application for the notice is not accompanied by a frequency assignment certificate $135.30 for each spectrum access to which the notice relates

The following provisions are amended by inserting ‘2A,’ after ‘2,’:

·item 6, column 2, paragraph (a)

·item 9, column 2, paragraph (a)

·item 10, column 2, paragraph (a).
