Radiocommunications (Certificates of Proficiency) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications Act 1983.

Repeal of regulation 11

1.Regulation 11 of the Radiocommunications (Certificates of Proficiency) Regulations is repealed.

Further amendments

2. The Radiocommunications (Certificates of Proficiency) Regulations are amended as set out in the following table:

Provision amended	Amendment
Paragraph 4 (b)..................................	Omit “(unrestricted)”
Paragraph 5 (b)..................................	Omit “(limited)”
Paragraph 6 (b)..................................	Omit “(novice)”
