This is the Radiocommunications (Australian Space Objects) Amendment Determination 2018 (No. 1).

Commencement

This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

4                Amendments
The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that Schedule.
Schedule 1—Amendments

1          Paragraph 4(h)
Omit “and”.
2         Paragraph 4(i)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(i)              a satellite operated by, or for, NBN Co Limited (ACN 136 533 741);
(j)              a satellite operated by, or for, Myriota Pty Ltd (ACN 609 161 373).
