Radiocommunications (Australia-Indonesia Zone of Cooperation
Treaty) Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Radiocommunications Act 1983.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Radiocommunications (Australia-Indonesia Zone of Cooperation Treaty)
Regulations.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary
intention appears:
“the Act” means the Radiocommunications
Act 1983;
“Treaty” has the same
meaning as in the Petroleum (Australia—Indonesia Zone of Cooperation) Act
1990.
Prescribed instrument for the purposes of paragraph
7 (1) (b) of the Act
3. For the purposes of paragraph
7 (1) (b) of the Act, the Treaty as amended from time to time is
prescribed.
