1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Radiocommunications Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3Amendment of Radiocommunications Regulations 1993

Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications Regulations 1993.

For paragraph 299 (1) (b) of the Act, the Timor Sea Treaty (being the Treaty defined by subsection 5 (1) of the Petroleum (Timor Sea Treaty) Act 2003), as amended from time to time, is prescribed.
