1  Name

This is the Radiocommunications (Allocation of Transmitter Licences – High Powered Open Narrowcasting Licences) Amendment Determination 2022 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the later of:

(a)    the start of the day after the day the instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation; and

(b)   immediately after the commencement of the Radiocommunications (Charges) Determination 2022.  

Note:    The Federal Register of Legislation may be accessed free of charge at Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 106(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

4  Amendment

The instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable item in the Schedule.
