(2) The Radioactive Substances Act, 1957, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Radioactive Substances Act, 1957-1961.
(3) This Act shall commence upon a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation published in the Gazette.

Amendment 2. The Radioactive Substances Act, 1957, is amended by
