Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances) Amendment Regulations 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety
(Transport of Radioactive Substances) Amendment Regulations
1999.

2.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 of the Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances) Regulations 1991* is amended by deleting the definition of “the Code” and inserting the following definition instead —

“

“the Code” means the Code of Practice for the Safe

Transport of Radioactive Substances (1990)
published for the Department of Arts, Sport, the
Environment, Tourism and Territories of the
Commonwealth by the Australian Government

Publishing Service;

”.
