s1 2 s5 Radiation Safety (Radiation Safety Standards) No. 281, 2004 Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Radiation Safety (Radiation Safety Standards) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 January 2005. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Radiation Safety (Radiation Safety Standards) Notice 1999. 4 Omission of s 3 (When standards take effect) Section 3— omit . 5 Amendment of schedule (Radiation safety standards) (1) Schedule, part 1, items 1, 4 and 5— omit, insert— ‘1 HR001:2004 Standard for radiation apparatus used to carry out plain film diagnostic radiography 4 HR002:2004 Standard for radiation apparatus used to carry out radioscopy 5 HR005:2004 Standard for radiation apparatus used to carry out intra-oral dental diagnostic radiography’. (2) Schedule, part 4, item 4— omit, insert — ‘4 PR004:2004 Standard for premises in which an ionising radiation apparatus is used to carry out health-related diagnostic radiography or radiation therapy’.
