RADIATION SAFETY (QUALIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1991

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (Qualifications)

Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1991.

Schedule 1 amended

2.      Schedule 1 to the Radiation Safety (Qualifications) Regulations 1980* is

amended by deleting subitem 9 (s) and substituting the following subitem —

(s) "Code of Practice for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Substances (1990)" published for the Department of Arts, Sport, the Environment, Tourism and Territories of the Commonwealth by the Australian Government Publishing Service;
