RADIATION SAFETY (QUALIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (Qualifications)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 October 1996.

Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted

3.     Schedule 2 of the Radiation Safety (Qualifications) Regulations 1980* is

(b)	fee for extended (skull, chest, extremity)
examination 268.00
(c)	fee for examination in both (a) and (b) 537.00
(d)	fee for examination in part or parts of (a) or
(b) or both (a) and (b) 268.00

repealed and the following Schedule is substituted —

SCHEDULE 2— FEES FOR EXAMINATIONS

Fee ($)

1.      Where the examination is in those parts of the syllabus set by the Council for persons desiring to engage in the use of irradiating apparatus for chiropractic radiography —

(a) fee for restricted spinal examination

(5 parts) 537.00

2.      Where the examination is conducted for the Council and is in a subject or subjects in a syllabus other than the syllabus referred to in item 1 of this Schedule —

fee for each subject 27.00
