Radiation Safety (Qualifications) Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Radiation Safety (Qual(cations)
Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

Sch. 2 it. 1(c) 650.00 665.00

These regulations amend the Radiation Safety (Qualifications)
Regulations 1980.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
