RADIATION SAFETY (QUALIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (Qualifications)

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Radiation Safety (Qualifications)

Regulations 1980* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended

3.      Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended —

"5." the

(a) by inserting after the regulation designation

subregulation designation "(1)"; and

(b) by inserting the following subregulation —

Schedule I amended

4.     Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting item 9

and substituting the following item —
