RADIATION SAFETY (QUALIFICATIONS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (Qualifications)
Amendment Regulations 1991.
Schedule 1 amended
2. Schedule 1 to the Radiation Safety (Qualifications) Regulations 1980* is
amended in item 9 by deleting paragraph (r) and substituting the following
paragraph-

" (r) "Code of Practice on Radiation Protection in the Mining and Milling of Radioactive Ores 1987" published for the Department of the Arts, Sport, the Environment, Tourism and Ibrritories of the Commonwealth in 1987; ".
