RADIATION SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 7) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (General)

Amendment Regulations (No. 7) 1991.

Regulation 4 amended

2.     Regulation 4 of the Radiation Safety (General) Regulations 1983* is

amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following

paragraph —

(a) the Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances) Regulations 1991; or
