RADIATION SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.

Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1994. These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (General)

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Radiation Safety (General) Regulations 1983*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 58 amended

4.     Regulation 58 (6) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"$3 000" in both places where it occurs and substituting in each case the following —
" $3662

Schedule XV repealed and a Schedule substituted

5.     Schedule XV to the principal regulations is repealed and the following

Schedule is substituted —
