Radiation Safety (General) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Radiation Safety (General)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 January 2016.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Radiation Safety (General)
Regulations 1983.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3(1) delete the definition of solarium.

5.             Regulation 7 amended

(1)	In regulation 7(1) delete “subregulations (2) and (3),” and
insert:
subregulation (2),
(2)	Delete regulation 7(3).

6.             Part V Division 3 deleted

Delete Part V Division 3.

7.             Part VII deleted

Delete Part VII.
