Radiation Safety (General) Amendment

Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

These regulations are the Radiation Safety (General)

Amendment Regulations 2018.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Radiation Safety (General)

Regulations 1983.

4.	Schedule XV amended Delete Schedule XV Part 1 item 1 and insert:
1.	registration of premises (other than premises used solely for the mining and milling of radioactive ores (including mineral sands)), for the

Fee for registration or renewal of radioactive substances
