Radiation Safety (General) Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Radiation Safety (General)
Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Radiation Safety (General)
Regulations 1983.

4.            Regulation 58 amended

In regulation 58(7a) delete "item (1A)" and insert:

5. Schedule XV Parts 1 and 2 replaced
In Schedule XV delete Parts I and 2 and insert:
