Radiation Safety (General) Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances)
Regulations 2002 come into operation.

3.            References to Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances) Regulations 1991 amended

The provisions of the Radiation Safety (General) amended by deleting "Radiation Safety (Transport of Radioactive Substances) Regulations 1991" and inserting instead —
