RADIATION SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Safety (General) Amendment Regulations

1998.

Regulation 6 amended

2. Regulation 6 of the Radiation Safety (General) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1997* is

amended in the inserted regulation 38 (5) by—

(a)	deleting paragraphs (c) and (d); and
(b)	renumbering paragraphs (e) and (f) as paragraphs (c) and (d) respectively.
