Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Protection and Control (Ionising Radiation) (Fees No 2) Variation Regulations 2018.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on the day on which the Radiation Protection and Control (Fees) Regulations 2018 come into operation.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Radiation Protection and Control (Ionising Radiation) Regulations 2015

4—Variation of regulation 60—Application for registration of apparatus

Regulation 60(b)—delete "the application and registration fees specified in Schedule 4" and substitute:

the prescribed application and registration fees

5—Variation of regulation 143—Application for registration of sealed radioactive source

Regulation 143(b)—delete "the application and registration fees specified in Schedule 4" and substitute:

the prescribed application and registration fees
