PART 1Preliminary1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Radiation Protection Amendment Regulations 2015 . 2Commencement (1)  Parts 1 and 2 take effect on the day on which the making of these regulations is notified in the Gazette. (2)  Part 3 takes effect on 1 July 2016. EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations amend the

(a) prescribing a fee for a licence to possess and use radiation apparatus that is a linear accelerator; and (b) increasing certain fees from the date of gazettal of these regulations and from 1 July 2016.
