I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Radiation Control Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 December 1990 as the day on which sections 40, 43 (2) and 44 of, and Schedule 2 to, that Act commence.
