I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Radiation Control Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 7 November 1990 as the day on which sections 1–4, 29–31 and 34 of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act commence.
