s1 4 s4 Racing Venues Development Amendment Act 2005 No. 38, 2005 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Racing Venues Development Amendment Act 2005 . 2 Act amended This Act and the schedule amend the RacingVenuesDevelopment Act 1982. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Appointment of trustees) (1) Section 4(1B), from ‘venue’ to ‘with racing’— omit, insert— ‘venue and for any other purpose’. (2) Section 4(1A) to (3)— renumber as section 4(2) to (5). 4 Amendment of s 31 (Application of moneys received) Section 31(1), from ‘in respect of’ to ‘thereof’— omit, insert— ‘in relation to land under their control’.
