I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Act 1952 .26 April 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 114AC amended (Prescribed percentage for purposes of section 57M of Act (Forecast totalizator)Section 114AC(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 May 2005" and substituting "30 April 2005".
