Racing (Totalizator Betting) Amendment Regulations 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Act 1952 .28 May 2009

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Amendment Regulations 2009 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Racing (Totalizator Betting) Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 122R amended (Fixed odds sports betting business agreements)Regulation 122R of the Principal Regulation is amended as follows: (a) by omitting the definition of "interstate betting authority" from subsection (1); (b) by omitting subregulation (2).
