Racing Regulation Amendment (Forecast Totalizator) Regulations 2004

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Racing Regulation Act 1952 .12 February 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Racing Regulation Amendment (Forecast Totalizator) Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 17 February 2004. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Racing Regulation Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 114AA insertedAfter regulation 114A of the Principal Regulations, the following regulation is inserted: 114AAPrescribed percentage for purposes of section 57M of Act (Forecast totalizator) (1) For the purposes of section 57M(1A)(e) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 8.25%. (2)  This regulation expires at midnight on 1 May 2004.
