Racing (Race Fields) Amendment Regulations 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Racing Regulation Act 2004 .16 November 2009

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Racing (Race Fields) Amendment Regulations 2009 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Racing (Race Fields) Regulations 2009 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Fees for race field information publication approvals) Regulation 4(2) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "The Director" and substituting "If the Director has determined to impose a fee or a series of fees in accordance with section 54B(2)(a) of the Act, the Director".
