Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing Penalties (Appeals)
1 rnrendinent Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on I .lanuary 2013.

3.              Regul.aturns amended

These regulations amend the Racing Penalties (Appeals)

4.             Regulation 4 amended

(1) In regulation 4(1):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$140; and" and insert:
