Racing Penalties (Appeals) Amendment

Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Racing Penalties (Appeals)
Amendment Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 January 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Racing Penalties (Appeals)
Regulations 1991.

4.            Regulation 4 amended

(I) In regulation 4(1):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$135; and" and insert:

$140; and

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "$330." and insert:

$340.

(2) In regulation 4(2):

(a) in paragraph (a)(i) delete "$135; and" and insert:

$140; and

(b) in paragraph (a)(ii) delete "$330;" and insert:

$340;
