Racing Penalties (Appeals) Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing Penalties (Appeals)
Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 January 2008.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Racing Penalties
(Appeals) Regulations 1991.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

(1) Regulation 4(1) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting “$115;” and inserting instead —

“ $125; ”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting “$285.” and inserting instead —

“ $305. ”.

(2) Regulation 4(2) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a)(i) by deleting “$115;” and inserting instead —

“ $125; ”;

(b) in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting “$285;” and inserting instead —

“ $305; ”;

(c) by deleting “$55.” and inserting instead —

“ $60. ”.

5.             Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7 is amended by deleting “$3.50” and inserting
instead —

“ $4 ”.
