These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2006.

Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Racing Penalties (Appeals)
Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.            Commencement

14 October 2005 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 4567

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Racing Penalties
(Appeals) Regulations 1991* .

4.            Regulation 4 amended

(1)	Regulation 4(1)(a) is amended by deleting "$100;" and inserting instead — " $115; ".
(2)	Regulation 4(2) is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a)(i) by deleting "$100;" and inserting " $115; ";

(b)

in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting "$250;" and inserting " $285; ";

(c)	by deleting "$50." and inserting instead -
44 $55. ”.

5.            Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7 is amended by deleting "$3.30" and inserting
instead —
" $3.50 ".
