Racing Penalties (Appeals) Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Racing Penalties
(Appeals) Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.           Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7 of the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Regulations 1991* is amended by deleting "$3" and inserting instead —
