1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Racing (Conditions of Race Information Authorities) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Racing Regulation 2013.

3   Amendment of s 6 (Conditions that may be imposed)

Section 6—
insert—

(d)conditions about the amount up to which the holder of the authority must accept a wager for.
