Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2016

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2016.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(2A) For the purposes of these regulations, presentation of a ticket, whether for collection of a winning dividend or

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Racing and Wagering Western
Australia Regulations 2003.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

After regulation 3(2) insert:

a refund, includes presentation of a facsimile image of
the ticket originally issued by RWWA.

5.            Regulation 42 amended

In regulation 42(3) delete "cheque" and insert:

cheque, by voucher
