Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in

Gazette 5 May and 14 July 2006.]

Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2006.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2007.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Racing and
Wagering Western Australia Regulations 2003*.

4.           Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 item 1 is amended by deleting "345" and inserting instead —

" 350 ".
