Amendment Regulations 2016

Australia Regulations 2003.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Wagering Western
Australia Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 April 2016.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Racing and Wagering Western

4 March 2016 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 629

4.            Regulation 27A replaced

Delete regulation 27A and insert:

26A.	Percentage prescribed for the purposes of s. 107(1)
For the purposes of section 107(1), the percentage of the balance of the moneys received by RWWA during the period —

(a)	ending 31 July 2016 is 13.98%; and
(b)	commencing 1 August 2016 and ending on 31 July 2017 is 20.5%.
