Racing and Wagering Western Australia

Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Wagering Western
Australia Amendment Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 August 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Racing and Wagering Western
Australia Regulations 2003.

4.             Part 5 heading replaced

Delete the heading to Part 5 and insert:

Part 5 — Fees, taxes and other amounts payable

by RWWA

5.             Regulation 27A inserted

At the end of Part 5 insert:

27A.	Percentage prescribed for the purposes of s. 107(1)
For the purposes of section 107(1), the percentage of the balance of the moneys received by RWWA during the period commencing on 1 August 2013 and ending on 31 July 2015 is 20.5%.
