1.             Citation

These regulations are the Racing and Wagering Western

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on 1 January 201 3.

3.              Rer;uhitions amended

These regulations amend the Racing and Wagering Western

4.             Schedule I amended

In Schedule 1:

I.	Citation These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment
Regru/cations (,Vo. 3) 2012.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on I January 2013.

3. Re-ulations amended
These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regidulions 1989.

4.             Regulation 26 amended

In regulation 26(laa):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$250; or" and insert:

$257; or
